Personal Training
Personal Training with a Training Rim trainer is the sure fire way to ensure long term fitness and exercise success. You’ll start with an induvidualized assessment where your trainer will evaluate your movement and assess your strengths and restrictions. From there your trainer will develop a training strategy based on your needs, specific goals and schedule. The Training Rim staff has trained NCAA division I athletes, models, pageant winners, injury rehabilitators, seniors, kids, and everyone in between. The following results have been typical: Improved functional strength and performance, raised metabolism, reduced body fat levels, reduced joint pain and harder bodies!
Small Group Personal Training
Small group training is personal training where you share the workout with a few friends (average session size is 3-4 people). All aspects of exercise including stability, resistance training, core strength and cardio-endurance are addressed in each session. Although the concept is always the same, the workouts and specific exercises change on a daily basis.
Team Training
The Training Rim offers training for your athletic team, office team, or just your team of friends. All you need to do is gather 4-6 teammates and tell us your desired schedule. Days and times you would like to work out together, frequency (1, 2, or 3 times per week) and for how long (6 weeks, 6 months, etc). We then customize a training plan, schedule and price specifically for your group.
Health Coaching
For those who seek structure around their food and lifestyle choices, The Training Rim offers Health Coaching with Michele Santo, Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. With Michele you’ll learn that weight loss, improved fitness, de-stressing and long term health are only a few simple choices away.
Phone Consultations
Basic guidance and quick simple advice over the phone. Perfect if you are geographically unable to visit The Training Rim in person, or if you're a fitness professional simply looking for some direction.

Seminars
Jon and his staff are able to present informational and demonstrative seminars on any exercise related topic. Seminars can be held at The Training Rim or at your facility. Rates are flexible but vary - call or email for specifics.
Jon has presented on topics such as fat loss, lower back health, exercise myths, flexibility, and kettlebell training among others. He has presented to personal training staffs of major chain gyms, business groups, and individual groups on numerous occasions.
Written Workout Programs
For the person who trains at The Training Rim but also gets to the gym on their own and just wants to know what they should be doing and not doing. It's a customized workout program based on your schedule, goals, and training needs. The exercises, reps, sets, and number of days of the program is all laid out and planned for you.
