The Training Rim Circuit Training

Our semi-private, Training Rim circuit training involves 40 minutes of total body strengthening, metabolism raising exercises designed to be efficient at achieving all goals.  The actual exercises may change from session to session, but the concept will be the same:  Hit every muscle from head to toe, and keep moving!

Why the Training Rim Circuit works…

You Workout with like-minded friends:

Statistics have proven conclusively that working out with a friend or friends greatly increases your chances of sticking to an exercise program.

You’re up and moving safely and efficiently:

We use only functional training movements in our circuits, not stationary machines.  This increases calorie expenditure (you’re constantly moving as opposed to sitting) and decreases the chance of injury.  Stationary seated machines typically used in gyms limit calorie expenditure, and force the body to move in ways for which it isn’t designed.  This decreases your calorie expenditure and increases your chance of sprains and strains outside the gym (there’s a reason “Curves” is on its way out and the “28 minute Workout” at WorkoutWolrd is a dust collector).

There’s a Limited Class Size

This is not group fitness where you’re in the corner of a room with 35 people where the best exercise is just avoiding them and their steps.  Groups will never be more than 8 people, with a typical class size being 4-5.

It’s Conducted by Educated Personal Trainers

The groups are conducted by educated, experienced personal trainers, not group fitness instructors – there’s a BIG difference.  Check out our “About” page for more information on our trainers.

Price:

The price is $179 for one month of training, two workouts per week (there are 3 classes per week, you choose any two to attend).  Or you can save by getting the 3 month package which is $159 per month for 3 months, or 6 months at $139 per month.

COME IN AND TRY A CLASS - THE 1ST WORKOUT IS ALWAYS FREE!

Current Schedule: 10am on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, and 7pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
